Graduate Village

The University Village is located directly across the main street from the Kingston Campus on Route 138. This complex offers 100 unfurnished apartments, 35 two-bedrooms and 65 three-bedrooms. There are seven buildings in the University Village each containing a laundry room. Each apartment has University electric including the heat. Utilities are not included in the rent, however a stove and refrigerator is included. The Rental Properties office will be able to furnish estimated costs of these electricity bills so tenants can plan for higher winter electricity charges.

There is a full-time Graduate Assistant Manager on-call 24 hours a day. There is convenient parking available for tenants located next to each apartment. A community center is located in the village for approved functions for use by all tenants.

Please note that there is a housing shortage in this area and there is a considerable waiting period from the date of application to the time of placement. We recommend that you submit your application for graduate housing at least six to nine months in advance of your expected date of arrival.
