We are making improvements to our access portal for academic year housing applications and have extended the deadline to May 15 for Freshman Housing Applications. If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the on-line housing application, please try again prior to May 15. Thank you for understanding.
Cultivating great student communities on our small, beautiful campus is a big deal to us! Campus living at URI offers a home away from home for our students within a conveniently located residential neighborhood that provides immediate access to all resources and activities on the Kingston campus. We're committed to residential communities within which students feel welcomed, excel academically, make lifelong social connections, and develop a respect for the rights, differences, and dignity of all community members. About 5,000 students reside within our 22 undergraduate residence halls, two graduate and undergraduate apartment complexes, and Rainbow Diversity theme house. URI offers first year focused residence halls which include several living and learning community partnerships with academic colleges. These living options - in combination with the Women in Leadership House, International Engineering Program houses, and fraternity and sorority houses – offer something for everyone and contribute to a vibrant on-campus community. We invite you to enjoy the living and learning experience of a lifetime at URI!
